The Wolverine Stack — Elite Recovery Protocol
The most powerful peptide protocol for soft tissue injury recovery. Combines BPC-157's targeted local healing with TB-500's systemic cell mobilisation. Named for its near-miraculous regenerative capacity. Used by athletes, practitioners, and biohackers for tendon, ligament, and muscle repair.
Daily Schedule
Timing and dosage for each step
08:00 AM
500 mcg
Subcutaneous injection near the injury site. Use insulin syringe (29G). Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water.
08:00 AM
5 mg
Subcutaneous injection, any site — systemic effect means location is less critical than for BPC-157. Same injection session.
08:00 PM
Protocol Overview
The Wolverine Stack combines two peptides with complementary repair mechanisms. BPC-157 acts locally, creating the optimal healing environment at the injury site. TB-500 works systemically, mobilising stem cells and accelerating their migration to damaged tissues throughout the body.
The result: two layers of repair operating simultaneously — neither peptide alone produces the same outcome.
Who This Protocol Is For
- Acute injuries: ligament tears, tendinopathies, muscle damage
- Chronic non-healing injuries (>6 weeks)
- Post-surgical recovery (consult your surgeon first)
- GI tract repair: ulcers, leaky gut syndrome (oral BPC-157 dosing)
Important: Substance Status
BPC-157 and TB-500 are research peptides and are not approved by the FDA or EMA for human use. WADA prohibits TB-500 in competitive sport. All information is provided strictly for educational purposes.
Loading Phase (Weeks 1–6)
BPC-157: 500 mcg twice daily (morning + evening), subcutaneous
TB-500: 5 mg once daily (morning), subcutaneous
Maintenance Phase (After Week 6)
BPC-157: 250 mcg once daily
TB-500: 5 mg once per week
Practical Notes
Storage: Both peptides are stored lyophilised (powder) at -20°C. After reconstitution with bacteriostatic water — refrigerate at +4°C for up to 4 weeks.
Reconstitution: Use bacteriostatic water only. Do not use regular water for injection without preservative — bacterial contamination risk.
BPC-157 injection site: Maximum local effect is achieved by injecting near the injury (subcutaneous fat fold over the damaged area). TB-500 — any subcutaneous site.
